Builder Hot Sheets ("we," "us," or "our") operates
builderhotsheets.com, a directory of new-construction home
deals in Texas. This policy explains what information we
collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with
Microsoft Entra ID, we receive your name and email address.
We never see or store your password.

Alert preferences. Market, price, bedroom,
and builder criteria you set up at
/alerts/setup, plus your
phone number if you opt in to SMS alerts.

Inquiries. Your name, email, phone number,
and message when you request info about a deal — this is
shared directly with the listing builder or agent.

Agent/builder account data. Company name,
contact details, and license number if you list deals
with us, plus subscription and billing status from Stripe.

Usage preferences. Your light/dark theme
choice, stored locally in your browser
(not sent to our servers).
How we use your information
- Send deal alerts matching your saved criteria
- Forward buyer inquiries to the relevant builder or agent
- Notify agents when a submitted deal is approved or rejected
- Process subscription payments and manage billing
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not
share your contact details with anyone outside of the
specific builder or agent tied to an inquiry you submit.
SMS / text message alerts
If you opt in to text message alerts at
/alerts/setup, we'll send
recurring texts about new-construction deals matching the
criteria you set. Message frequency varies based on your
alert settings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent
to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or
subscription.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any
time, or HELP for help. You can also manage
or remove your phone number and SMS preferences anytime at
/alerts/manage.
No mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information is shared
with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or
promotional purposes. That information is used solely to
deliver the alerts you requested.

Data retention
We keep account and inquiry data for as long as your
account is active, or as needed to provide the service
and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at
any time.
