Builder Hot Sheets operates builderhotsheets.com, a directory of new-construction home deals in Texas run by John Robertson, sponsored by Ignite Realty. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
You can browse the entire Site without giving us anything — there are no accounts and no sign-in. We only receive what you type into a form.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your contact details to builders, their sales agents, lenders, or any other third party for their own marketing. The one exception is registering you with a builder as a represented buyer — and that only happens when you specifically ask for it.
Inquiries you submit come to John Robertson directly. They are not routed to the builder's sales agent.
If you opt in to text message alerts at /alerts/setup, we'll send recurring texts about new-construction deals matching the criteria you set. Message frequency varies based on your alert settings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of any service.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also manage or remove your phone number and SMS preferences at any time using the management link in any alert we send you.
No mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. That information is used solely to deliver the alerts you requested.
The Site sets a few cookies of its own. One holds a random identifier so we can count how many different people visit and which pages, communities and listings they look at; it does not contain your name or contact details and is kept for a year. Another remembers, for 30 days, the website or advertisement that first brought you here, so we can tell which of our advertising is useful. If you later send us a request through one of our forms, that request is linked to this information. Visits made by search engines and other automated tools are not counted, and none of this is sold or shared.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works without them; we simply can't count your visit.
These providers process data on our behalf to run the Site. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate licensees in Texas, which can extend for several years after a transaction. You can request deletion at any time, and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
